Milad Haghani

Effective advocacy is built upon two bedrocks:

  1. listening to the client’s message; and
  2. believe in the client’s case.

As Dale Carnegie said, an effective advocate must actually ENTER INTO the cause he advocates and the case he argues.

Milad Haghani has more than a decade of experience in effectively advocating for his clients. He is known to work tirelessly for each client, dedicating personalized attention and all resources in ferociously advancing their interests.

At Haghani Law, Milad and his team strive to effectively advocate for each client. They listen to the message and believe in the case they take on.

As a result of implementing this approach, we taker on the task of advocacy at Haghani Law, personally.

The case becomes the purpose and achieving success for our clients, an obsession.

The outcome has been consistently succeeding in advancing our clients’ interests. Whether it is a long-term disability litigation matter, where we are required to force an insurance company to pay our client’s long-term disability benefits in a lump-sum of millions of dollars, to ensure our client can afford a comfortable lifestyle despite her disabilities, or it’s to close a real estate transaction for a first-time home-buyer couple who are purchasing their first condominium property, we take the matter personally.

We are known by our clients for our compassionate approach and straight-forward, yet creative, style of advocacy. Fearlessly advocating in this fashion for the past decade has helped in establishing an outstanding reputation for Haghani Law.
