About Ali Amani

Ali Amani is a dual-licenced lawyer qualified to practice law in Ontario, Canada and Iran, with more than eight years of experience in Iran. Ali obtained his Bachelor of Law in Iran, and Immediately after receiving his law degree, he was recruited by Jam Law Firm. In his private practice as a lawyer, he litigated many cases before different levels of court in Iran, representing clients in family and criminal matters.

Ali immigrated to Canada in 2014, and after obtaining his Master of Laws (L.L.M.) at Osgood Hall Law Scholl of York University in Toronto, he completed his articling requirements at Milad Haghani Professional Corporation.  Subsequent to completing his articling requirements, Ali began to practice as an associate lawyer at Milad Haghani Professional Corporation.

At the moment, Ali is licensed to practice law in Canada and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. He practices immigration and real estate law and is also available to dedicate much of his time and energy to providing pro bono services in the community.
